Her classes are adaptable and focussed around increasing flexibility and strength in the body. After her classes you will leave feeling like you have increased your body’s movement and released some stress and tension. Walking away more relaxed and focussed.

WHAT IS VINYASA FLOW YOGA?

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga, where you flow through the postures using the breath transitioning from pose to pose. It feels like a workout as it has a faster pace to other slower styles of yoga such as Yin Yoga where you hold the postures for longer. It helps to increase strength, concentration and flexibility. It can also be seen as a form of moving mediation. Bella offers private sessions online for you to enjoy from the comfort of your own home.


I had the pleasure of having a few one on one sessions with Bella. She began the session with some calming breathing exercises and then we proceeded to do some flows which she adapts to your skill and mood and what you want from that particular session. I improved so much over only a few sessions due to Bella’s amazing teaching and guidance. I cannot recommend yoga with Bella enough - I can’t wait to do some more sessions.
