PREGNANCY YOGA

Trimester 1: Self-Nurture and Mindful Connection

Trimester 2: Building Stamina and Strength

As you enter the second trimester, our focus shifts to building stamina and strength. With empowering yoga flows, focused breathwork, and meditation, we help you prepare your body for the journey ahead.

Trimester 3: Harnessing Inner Power for Birth

In the final trimester, our emphasis turns to harnessing your inner power and preparing for the beautiful moment of birth. Through hip-opening yoga poses, powerful breathwork, meditation, and visualization, you'll find the strength and calmness within to embrace the birth experience.

Our 4-week Pregnancy Yoga course is designed to support your body and mind during this beautiful journey. Plus, we’re integrating EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to help manage stress and enhance your emotional well-being.

What to expect: Gentle Yoga Poses - Tailored for all stages of pregnancy to build strength and flexibility. Breathing Techniques - To support relaxation and prepare for childbirth.
